Services Provided and Client Responsibilities
Naples Pool Service provides maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair, and renovation services for your swimming pool. Services may include recurring cleaning, chemical testing, balancing, equipment inspections, client-approved repairs, and renovations such as resurfacing, tile replacement, and equipment upgrades. Details are outlined in your signed agreement or estimate.
Client Responsibilities:
Provide clear access to the pool and equipment during scheduled visits.
Notify Naples Pool Service of any issues or changes.
Cooperate with service requests.
Maintain proper water level, or provide a functioning autofill system or hose with timer. Naples Pool Service does not add water or assume responsibility for failed systems.
Inclement Weather
If weather conditions make it unsafe to complete services, Naples Pool Service will still ensure chemical balance when safe. Additional treatments may be applied to restore proper water quality.
Arrival Policy
Residential pools are serviced weekly on a set schedule. Schedule changes for arrivals are possible with reasonable notice. Extra cleanings outside of the routine schedule may incur additional charges.
Automatic Renewal
Service agreements renew automatically unless canceled or modified with 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel service anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Prepaid amounts will be refunded on a prorated basis. Final balances are due immediately and charged to the payment method on file.
Payments Accepted
A credit card is required for all recurring services. ACH and e-check payments are accepted but a credit card must remain on file for repairs or renovations.
Payment Schedules
Maintenance: Due upon receipt.
Repairs: Due upon completion. Projects over $1,000 require a 50% deposit.
Renovations: Payment schedule per signed proposal. If none, full payment is due at signing. Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
Unpaid balances over 30 days are considered in default.
Delinquent Accounts
Accounts overdue by 30+ days may incur a 1.5% monthly interest (18% annually). Naples Pool Service may pursue collections and charge for legal, administrative, and recovery costs. Continued delinquency beyond 60 days may lead to service cancellation.
Disclaimer
Naples Pool Service is not liable for damage due to acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse, third-party chemicals, or natural wear. Clients must maintain proper water level, trim vegetation, and authorize regular equipment maintenance.
Insurance
Naples Pool Service carries standard workers' compensation and liability insurance. Clients must rely solely on this coverage for claims arising from our work.
Working Conditions
Clients must notify Naples Pool Service in writing about safety systems, utilities, or fragile areas before work begins. Unsafe or improper conditions must be corrected to allow safe access and service.
Chemical Damage
Chemicals can damage floors, carpets, and structures near indoor features or water elements. Naples Pool Service is not liable for such damage. We recommend:
Renovations to control overflow and spills
Monthly maintenance plans for indoor features
Note: Risk of damage remains even with precautions.
Completion and Acceptance
Clients must inspect work within 72 hours. Any issues must be reported in writing within this window. Otherwise, the work will be considered fully accepted.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Policy Updates
Naples Pool Service may update these terms at any time.
